Le Petit Dragon is modern taken on the ancient tradition of Chinese dumplings. Having been invented during the Han Dynasty by Zhang Zhongjing, it was a way of coping with the harsh winters. What could be more comforting than a warm dough ball filled with meats and herbs?
The idea of dumplings soon spread internationally, taking shape as Ravioli in Italy and Empanadas across Latin America.
